Here’s how it works:

 

Step 1: Create Your Video

Once you’ve received and tried your lenses, film a minimum 15-30-second video sharing your genuine experience.

Tell us:

• What shade you chose

• How they look on your eyes

• How they feel

• Would you recommend them?

We want real, honest, you.

 

Step 2: Post It Publicly

Upload your video to one of the following platforms:

• Instagram

• TikTok

• Facebook

• YouTube

Your account must be at least 6 months old and the video must remain publicly visible.

 

Step 3: Send Us the Link

Email your:

• Video link

• Order number

To: support@mesmereyez.com.au

Once approved, we’ll issue a 50% refund (up to $100 AUD).

 

The Important Bits (Yes, We Check)

Please read carefully — no funny business.

• Refund is 50% of your order value (max $100 AUD)

• Video must be at least 15-30 seconds

• Must be spoken in English

• Audio must not be muted or muffled

• Video must be of YOU wearing the lenses

• Video must be created after receiving your order

• Video must stay public for 7 consecutive days - We manually check daily for 7 days before processing your refund

• Video must reach at least 200 views/impressions

• Only 1 participation per customer

• Submission must be within 60 days of purchase

• We reserve the right to decline submissions that don’t meet criteria

If we suspect reused content, fake engagement, or misuse of the program, participation will be immediately disqualified.

By submitting your video, you agree that MesmerEyez may use your content for marketing purposes across our website, ads, email and social platforms.
