Mesmereyez offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders Australia-wide. We deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses using Australia Post.

 

Dispatch Times

 

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day.

Dispatch time is not included in the delivery timeframe.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping – Not Tracked

3 to 6 business days to most metro areas.
Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Priority Shipping – Not Tracked

2 to 4 business days.
Delivery to regional or remote locations may take longer.

Express Shipping – Tracked

1 to 3 business days to most metro areas.
Regional and remote locations may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g. Halloween), extreme weather, road disruptions, or AusPost operational issues. These delays are outside our control.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Mesmereyez is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees will apply to resend the order.

Refunds will not be issued for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

 

Delivery Limitations & Important Information

 

Allow 1 business day for dispatch before delivery timeframes begin.

Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday only. Weekend delivery is not available.

Express delivery timeframes may vary for roadside addresses, regional areas, and offshore islands.

Next-business-day delivery guarantees apply only to Mail Centre PO Boxes, according to Australia Post policies.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

 

Orders sent via Standard Shipping or Priority Shipping are untracked and cannot be followed up with Australia Post.

If you require tracking updates or guaranteed delivery information, please choose Express Shipping at checkout.

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow the full estimated timeframe before contacting support.
